Cantu Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. With our roots in military feeding, our founder, Ricardo M. "Rick" Cantu, retired as a Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army. His entire twenty-two and one-half year military career was spent in Food Service. When Rick made the decision to start his own business, it was only natural for him to gravitate toward what he knew best "providing quality services to the US Armed Forces". Fort Sill, Oklahoma Cantu Services, Inc. teams with the State of Oklahoma and A. B. Swanson the Licensed Manager and owner of Swanson Services, Inc. Cantu provides experienced and dedicated staff and infrastructure support services to deliver high quality Food Service to multiple Full Food Service Dining Facilities, a Dining Attendant Facility and Troop Issue Subsistence Activity

Fort Lewis, Washington Cantu Services, Inc. teams with the State of Washington and Robert Ott the Licensed Manager and owner of Certain Victory Food Services, Inc. Cantu provides experienced and dedicated staff and infrastructure support services to deliver high quality Food Service to multiple Full Food Service Dining Facilities.

Fort Polk, Louisiana Cantu Services, Inc. teamed with Licensed Manager Eugene Breaud and his company, Breaud Services Inc. to form the Breaud-Cantu Joint Venture. This joint venture gives the State of Louisiana the capability to provide high quality Food Services for multiple Full Food Service Dining Facilities.

High Country Inn at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Cantu Services, Inc. teamed with Licensed Manager Don Hudson and his company, Daybreaker Services, Inc. to form the Daybreaker-Cantu Joint Venture. This joint venture gives the State of Colorado the capability to provide high quality Food Services at the High Country Inn for the cadets at the USAF Academy.

Fort Sam Houston, Texas Cantu Services, Inc. teams with the State of Texas and Roland Marshall the Licensed Manager and owner of Rolmar, Inc.
