Cantu, in addition to its turn-key, Full Food Service solutions provides consulting services at various levels.  Our particular expertise is in mass feeding facilities and operations, whether in conventional cafeteria type settings or in remote field locations.  Cantu can develop strategies for proper kitchen layout and design, provide equipment schedules and create staffing models.  Assistance is also provided in the areas of labor and food cost management practices.  Consulting services are provided on an as needed or a continuing basis. 

In the operations area, Cantu can offer advice on presentation, menus, traffic flow and preparing for special occasions.  From feeding in a tent to a sophisticated banquet for dignitaries, Cantu delivers. 

Cantu will develop strategies for solving your Food Service problems from initial start-up and construction through full operation and management.  It is unlikely that a Food Service problem exists that our management team has not encountered and solved.

From the softer side of Cantu Services, Inc. comes GIGI V© Boutique.  After all, Rick and Verline have 3 daughters, 8 granddaughters and so far 7 great-granddaughters. During Rick’s tour of duty in France, two daughters were born. Hence the French theme took shape.
